We created Blades because indoor golf in Phoenix was missing something. We wanted something with an edge—a place that delivers top-tier technology without sacrificing personality. Something that makes you text your friends at 10 PM saying, “Meet me at Blades in 20.”

The name

In golf, blade irons separate the real players from the weekend warriors. They’re unforgiving, precise, and when you master them, the course becomes your playground. That’s exactly the vibe we’re after—elite performance wrapped in a package that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

When we say “Play Blades,” we’re inviting you into a space that values both your swing stats and your good time in equal measure. Golf should challenge you, not bore you.

Why we exist

After 15 years of building and fitting clubs, I got tired of waiting for someone else to create my perfect golf spot. So I built it myself.

I'm Ryan Hubbell. Golf equipment junkie. Club builder. And now, the guy who created the indoor golf experience I always wanted—one that combines professional-grade technology with an atmosphere that doesn't feel like a corporate retreat.

Being active in Phoenix golf circles for years, proud Encanto men's club member for many years, I noticed the gap between what golf could be indoors and what was actually available. The valley needed somewhere with both technical excellence and actual personality.

Our indoor golf space mixes retro styling with Scottish golf influence, wrapped in our signature pink, green, and cream palette. Every design choice pushes back against the traditional indoor golf simulator aesthetics.

The real magic, though? Our Foresight Falcon technology—camera-based simulators trusted by tour pros across the PGA, LPGA, and LIV. While other spots use tech that approximates your game, we capture every nuance of your swing with camera systems that track everything: ball speed, launch angle, spin rates, club path, impact location—all the data serious players need.

Plus, you'll use your own ball—the only piece of equipment you use on every single shot. That matters more than most players realize.
